Melissa Fulmore-Hardwick
Visionary leader, mentor, and advocate for women of color in leadership positions.
Melissa founded Brown Girls in the Boardroom with a simple yet powerful vision: to ensure that young women of color see themselves represented in every boardroom, every leadership position, and every decision-making table that shapes our world.
With over [X] years of experience in [industry/field], Melissa has dedicated her career to breaking barriers and creating pathways for others to follow. Her passion for mentorship and community building has touched the lives of hundreds of young women across the country.

2020 - The Beginning
Melissa launched BGITBR with the first cohort of 25 young women, focusing on foundational leadership skills and mentorship.
