Our programs are designed for women of color at all stages of their leadership journey, from students to C-suite executives. Each program has specific eligibility criteria based on career stage and goals.
We offer a mix of free and fee-based programs. Many of our foundational programs are offered at no cost, while our intensive executive programs have tuition fees. Scholarships and financial assistance are available.
Yes! We offer virtual programs that allow participation from anywhere in the United States. Some programs are hybrid with both virtual and in-person components.
Program lengths vary from 6-12 months depending on the track. Our Emerging Leaders program is 6 months, Rising Stars is 9 months, and Executive Track is 12 months. All include ongoing alumni support.
